Spammer sending forged e-mails with our domain name

Someone has been spamming accounts worldwide and has been using our domain name thenextmint.com as a part of the fraudulent e-mails.

All recipients are strongly encouraged to search the header information of the e-mails to accurately determine the ISP of the spammer and to report the abuse to the spammer's ISP.

There has to be some information within the messages sent that is more accurate than just viewing the supposed sender's e-mail within the spammer's messages.

We will continue to fully cooperate with any authorities foreign and domestic that can bring such actions to an end.
