Our primary computer for processing orders on eBay was just repaired on Saturday, September 3, 2005. There are a lot of questions that were received over the past 2 weeks since the computer went down on August 20, 2005.
We were using a backup laptop while discovering that a better backup computer hardware needs to be obtained.
We will work feverishly to correct all errors and lack of communication experienced during the downtime.
We have also discovered that PayPal has not been making customer payments available to us. We have a button which will securely process any payments (all major credit cards and debit cards accepted) or we can invoice you directly.
Any payments sent through PayPal may face an extended delay until the problem can be corrected with PayPal.
We noticed that while PayPal has received customers' payments, PayPal has been looking for our company to fund any refunds while never having access to the previously received payments. This is a problem that must be absolutely corrected soon.
